X-Force is a U.S. government agency dedicated to stopping computer security threats to the United States. X-Force maintains three divisions: Cyber Watch, Sector Watch, and Threat Intelligence.
Cyber Watch
The Cyber Watch unit is designed to detect and stop the infiltration of computer networks by computer viruses. It has its own laboratory and is able to investigate the cause of computer attacks. The Cyber Watch unit is subdivided into three divisions: Computer Forensics, Incident Management, and Intelligence.
Sector Watch
The Sector Watch unit is used to deter and stop organized crime activities involving the theft of proprietary data. The Sector Watch unit is also responsible for conducting covert operations against foreign nations in order to protect the United States.
Threat Intelligence
The Threat Intelligence unit of the Cyber Watch unit is responsible for gathering data on terrorist and other illegal activities in order to protect the United States.

Spam Prevention for Tourists
Is spam in China really as bad as it is in the US? Well, yes and no. So you'd think there'd be a lot of spam in China, since spam has a pretty high market penetration in the US, but the opposite is true.
I just realized that probably the best way to explain the differences between the two countries is to illustrate them with data on the prevalence of spam in the two countries. Because of the China-centric nature of this blog, I have chosen to give my findings in terms of a percentage of all spam messages sent to Gmail accounts in the world.
